The FreeForm Physio & Pilates headquarters is located at 101-37738 Third Avenue in downtown Squamish, just south of the corner of Vancouver Street and Third Avenue, near the Squamish Terminals. Private parking is available in the gated area on the south side of the building — the three stalls furthest from the gate are reserved for FreeForm clients. Additional free street parking is also available nearby.
