DIRECT BILLING: Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, GroupHealth, Desjardins Insurance and the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan.

FreeForm does NOT accept WorkSafeBC or ICBC/motor vehicle accident claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full price of the appointment. This fee applies to all clients. Extended Health Companies will not provide coverage for missed appointments.

My treatment approach is reflected by the fact that everyone’s body is unique. I believe that body awareness and being able to control movements are essential for successful rehabilitation and injury prevention. In a physio treatment with me you can expect individualized exercises to address specific problem areas and use of manual and soft tissue techniques to relieve pain and help create muscle balance. I place importance on providing education about the specific injury or problem area with the goal of making the treatment plan meaningful to each client. Lastly, I hope that my enthusiasm and interest in the body will inspire my clients to find joy in the process of recovery.
